IP Checker
Point your proxy, phone or profile at this page and see exactly what a website sees: the address, whether it belongs to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, the metro it resolves to, and whether your browser time zone or WebRTC tells it differently.

How to read it
Every Mobile Proxy Zone line displays a US mobile carrier as the ISP, the address being part of the carrier's pool and shared by many real phones through carrier-grade NAT. Locations resolve to a metro or state, not to a particular street. Accounts are given away by a pair of things, a browser time zone in conflict with the IP and a WebRTC candidate that exposes your home or office address. Fix those from the browser profile, then come back and check.
