Buy ISP Proxies or Buy Residential Proxies From the Same Board as the Mobile Lines

Mobile Proxy Zone has always worked like a board on the wall: cities, carriers, prices, pick what you want and pay. The board just got two new rows. You can now buy ISP proxies, fixed broadband addresses on named American networks that stay the same for the whole month, and you can buy residential proxies as data by the gigabyte, drawn from real homes in more than 190 countries. Both are sold the way the mobile lines are sold, from the same account balance, on the same Buy Proxy page, with the order live about a minute after you pay. Below is the walk-through in order: where the two new rows sit, what you choose at each step, what arrives after checkout, and the per-IP and per-GB prices without any decoding.

Static ISP addresses, priced per IP per month

Every row on this part of the board is one fixed IPv4 that the named network owns, served out of a Virginia rack. It does not rotate and nobody shares it while it is on your order. Pick the row, the quantity and the term; a single login covers the lot.

Residential and mobile pool data, priced per GB

Here you buy gigabytes, not addresses. Generate as many proxy lists as you like from one order, aimed at a country and, if needed, a state, a city or an ASN, with each request leaving from a new home or one home kept for up to 30 minutes. The mobile pool card works the same way on shared 4G and 5G phones.

  • 190+ countries
  • Target: country, state, city, ASN
  • Sticky up to 30 minutes
  • Or a new IP per request
  • Data never expires
  • Top up any time
Rotating mobile pool$10per GB

Where the new rows sit on the board

Open the dashboard and go to Buy Proxy. There used to be one thing to choose: a mobile line, by city and carrier. There are now three tiles across the top: Mobile, Residential and ISP. Mobile is the menu you know. ISP is for fixed addresses billed per IP per month. Residential holds two cards, rotating residential data and the rotating mobile pool, both billed per GB.

Nothing about the rest of the board changes. Your balance pays for all three, the order lands on My Proxies next to any mobile lines you hold, and the Telegram bot carries the same three tiles for people who would rather buy from a chat window.

Ordering a static ISP address: four picks and a pay button

An ISP proxy on this board is a fixed IPv4 that a real American broadband or carrier network owns, served out of a Virginia rack. It never rotates, and while it is on your order nobody else sends traffic through it. Ordering one is four picks.

First pick the network. The US rows are AT&T Native, AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native, RCN Fresh and T-Mobile Legacy; two European rows, DTAG for the United Kingdom and Orange for France, sit under them, and a Canadian Telus row is on the board but marked sold out at the moment. Native means the address has been on that carrier for a long while, Fresh means it is newer to proxy use, and Legacy is the cheapest row.

Second pick the quantity, ten addresses or more. Third pick the term, one, three, six or twelve months. Fourth pick how you will log in: a username and password shared by every address in the order, a whitelist of your own IPs, or SOCKS5. Then pay from your balance. The addresses are on My Proxies about a minute later, formatted and ready to paste.

  • Networks on the board: AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, RCN, T-Mobile, plus DTAG and Orange
  • Ten addresses minimum, terms of one, three, six or twelve months
  • One login for the whole order: password, whitelist or SOCKS5
  • Change the login type later and every address in the order gets new credentials

Ordering residential data: gigabytes first, proxy lists second

Residential is the other way round. You do not pick addresses at all; you pick an amount of data. Rotating residential data is $2 per GB, and the gigabytes sit on the order until you have used them, with no expiry date.

Once the data is on the order you generate lists from it. Choose a country, and if the job wants it a state, a city or an ASN. Choose rotating, where every request leaves from a different home, or sticky, where one address is kept for a number of minutes you set, up to 30. Tell it how many lines you want and it prints each one as host, port, username and password. You can generate as many lists as you like; only the data that actually passes through them is counted.

When the order runs low you top it up from the same card, and if you would rather never watch it you can switch on auto top-up, which adds a set amount whenever less than a tenth of the data remains.

The rotating mobile pool, and why it is not a Zone line

The second card under Residential is a rotating mobile pool at $10 per GB. The addresses come from a large shared pool of real 4G and 5G phones, picked by country, state or city, with the same sticky and rotating choices as the residential card and the same no-expiry rule.

It is a different product from the lines on our board. A Zone line is one modem and one SIM in a city rack, carrying your traffic and nobody else's, with unlimited data. The pool is for jobs that want hundreds of different mobile addresses for a short while rather than one steady one. If your job is an account that has to look like the same phone every day, pick a city line; if it is a sweep across many phones, pick the pool.

After checkout: renewals, top-ups and removal

An ISP order runs for the term you paid. Three days before it ends you get a reminder, and if auto-renew is on the next month is taken from your balance so the addresses never lapse. Extending from My Proxies adds months at the same per-IP price you paid at checkout. Removing an ISP order early stops every address in it immediately, with no refund for the remaining days, so wait for the end of the term if you still need them.

Data orders have no end date, so there is nothing to renew. If you change your mind within seven days of buying residential or pool data, remove the order and the unused gigabytes are credited back to your balance. After seven days the data simply stays on the order for whenever you need it.

The prices, read straight off the board

ISP rows are priced per IP per month. AT&T Native is $4 per IP per month; AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native, RCN Fresh, DTAG Fresh and Orange Fresh are each $2.40 per IP per month; T-Mobile Legacy is $2.10 per IP per month. Because the smallest order is ten addresses, the smallest ISP bill is $21 a month on T-Mobile Legacy, $24 on the $2.40 rows and $40 on AT&T Native.

Residential data is a flat $2 per GB and mobile pool data is a flat $10 per GB; there are no tiers and no bundles to compare. For scale, a Zone 4G line is $4 for a day pass, $26 for a week or $62 for a month, and a 5G line is $5, $29 or $69 for the same terms, each with unlimited data. The ISP and residential tables above are printed from the same price list the checkout uses, so what you read here is what the pay button charges.

Buying ISP and residential proxies: the short answers

How long does an ISP or residential order take to arrive?

About a minute, the same as a city line. Pay from your balance and the addresses or the data order show on My Proxies; lists from a data order are generated on the spot.

Can I buy fewer than ten ISP addresses?

No. Ten is the smallest ISP order on any network, for one month at least. Ten T-Mobile Legacy addresses at $2.10 per IP per month come to $21 for the month; ten AT&T Native at $4 per IP per month come to $40.

Which networks are on the ISP board?

AT&T (Native and Fresh), Comcast, Frontier, RCN and T-Mobile in the United States, all served from Virginia; DTAG in the United Kingdom and Orange in France. Telus in Canada is listed but sold out right now.

Do I pick a city for ISP addresses the way I do for a line?

No. The US ISP addresses are all racked in Virginia and show the network as their owner. City choice belongs to the mobile board; if you need a fixed address in a particular metro, a Zone line in that city is the closer fit.

What does a residential proxy list look like?

Each line prints as host, port, username and password. You choose the country and, if you want, state, city or ASN, then rotating or sticky, and how many lines. Generate as many lists as you need from one order.

Is the mobile pool the same thing as a Zone city line?

No. Pool data is $10 per GB and the 4G and 5G addresses behind it come from many phones shared among many users, picked by country, state or city. A city line is a modem and a SIM that are yours alone, data unlimited. The pool is the sweep; the line is the identity.

Can I pay for these with the Telegram bot?

Yes. The bot sells the same three tiles, Mobile, Residential and ISP, from the same balance, and the order appears on My Proxies either way.

What if I remove an order early?

ISP rows stop the moment you remove the order, and the unused days are not paid back. A residential or pool order removed within seven days returns its unused gigabytes to your balance; after that the data stays yours with no expiry.
