Privacy Policy

This version is dated October 10, 2026. It lists every kind of record we keep about you, why we keep it, and for how long. It is short because we keep little. Requests about your data go to [email protected] or to @MobileProxyZoneBot on Telegram.

Account records

When you register at zone.mobileproxyzone.com we store the email address you gave, a hashed password, the time the account was created, and the settings you choose in the dashboard such as auto-renew and notification preferences. If you add a Telegram handle so the bot can reach you, we store that too. We keep account records for as long as the account exists and for one year after it is closed, in case of a billing question, then delete them.

Payment records

We record what you paid, when, by which method, and the reference the payment processor gave us. We never see or store card numbers; card payments are handled by the processor on its own pages. For crypto payments we store the transaction identifier and the receiving address. For Zelle and wire we store the reference you quote. Payment records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it.

Line usage records

For each line we keep the term, the city, the carrier, the device assignment, rotation events and moves, so we can bill correctly and investigate faults. We also keep brief connection logs: the time a connection was opened through the line, the destination host, and the volume of traffic. We do not record page contents. Connection logs exist so that we can answer an abuse report and apply the fair-use rule, and they are deleted after a short rolling window measured in days, not months. Line assignment records are kept for the life of the account and for one year after.

Visits to this website

The public site keeps standard web-server logs: the address a visit came from, the page requested, the time and the browser's identifier string. We use them to spot faults and abuse and they are rotated after a short period. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share visit data with advertisers. If we measure which pages are read, we do it with a first-party counter that stores nothing about you.

Telegram

If you talk to @MobileProxyZoneBot, Telegram shows us your Telegram user identifier and display name and the messages you send to the bot. We keep that conversation so support can follow the history, and we link it to your account only if you connect the two in the dashboard. Telegram's own privacy policy governs what Telegram keeps.

When we disclose anything

We disclose records only when the law where we operate requires it, in response to a valid legal demand, and only the records the demand covers. We do not volunteer data to anyone, and we do not share it with partners, advertisers or data brokers. Payment processors, the hosting providers for the dashboard and Telegram each handle the slice of data needed to do their job, under their own policies.

Your rights over your records

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and ask to see what we hold, to correct something, or to delete the account and its records. We answer within a few days. Deletion removes account, line assignment and Telegram records; payment records stay for the tax retention period and connection logs expire on their own schedule. If you are in a place whose law gives you further rights, those rights apply and the same email address is the way to use them.
