Terms of Service

This version is dated October 10, 2026 and applies to every line bought from the Mobile Proxy Zone menu. We have tried to write it the way we would explain it across a counter. Questions go to [email protected] or to @MobileProxyZoneBot on Telegram; a person answers both.

What you are buying

A line is one carrier SIM in one device we own in one US city, assigned to you alone for the length of the term you chose. We hand you a host, a port, a username and a password for HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 access, and we keep the device online. Rotation is unlimited, moves between our cities are free, and traffic is not metered, subject to the fair-use rule below.

A line is a seat on a public carrier network. We do not control which address the carrier assigns, how fast the tower is at a given minute, or how any third-party website decides to treat a visitor. We make no promise about any specific IP address, any specific speed at any specific moment, or any outcome on any site that is not ours.

Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or buy a line. By ordering you confirm that you are. Accounts belong to one person or one business; if you give access to a colleague, their actions on the line are yours.

The username and password we issue are your responsibility. Keep them private, change them from the dashboard if you suspect they have leaked, and tell us if a line is being used by someone you did not authorise. Traffic that passes through your line with your credentials is treated as your traffic.

Terms, prices and renewal

Lines are sold by the hour, the day, the week and the month at the prices shown on the menu when you order. The hourly test runs for a fixed number of hours and never renews. Daily, weekly and monthly lines renew automatically from your balance at the end of each term until you switch renewal off in the dashboard, which you can do at any time; the line then ends when the current term runs out.

If a renewal goes through that you did not want, tell us within 24 hours of the charge and we credit it back in full. After 24 hours the renewal is treated as an ordinary term and the refund rule below applies.

Refunds

Refunds are worked out by the time left on the term, never by how much traffic you used. The unused part is credited to your account balance first. If you would rather have it back in your wallet, ask and we pay it within 24 hours, minus whatever the payment network charges to send it. A line cancelled within 24 hours of activation is refunded in full.

Downtime that we cause, meaning a device or a link on our side being unavailable, is added to the end of your term. Slow signal at a tower, a carrier changing your address, or a third-party site refusing you are not downtime.

Fair use of unmetered traffic

Traffic on a line is not metered because a proxy line is meant for browsing, accounts, checks and research, and that kind of use does not need a meter. It is not meant to be a download pipe, a streaming relay, a torrent seat or a mirror. If a line is carrying bulk transfer of that kind we may slow it, pause it, ask you to spread the load across more lines or time, or suspend it. None of those steps count as downtime and none of them trigger a refund on their own. We do not publish a threshold because there is no number that separates research from a mirror; we look at the pattern.

Non-payment

If an invoice is not paid when it falls due you have 24 hours to pay it. After 24 hours unpaid, the line is suspended for a further 24 hours and your access stops. If the invoice is still unpaid at 48 hours, the line and any time remaining on it are forfeited and the device goes back on the menu for someone else. Paying after that point starts a new line; it does not restore the old one.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider instead of asking us, the account is placed on hold while the dispute runs, and every line on it stops. Write to us first; refunds are quick and we would rather solve it than argue with a bank.

Acceptable use

A line may be used for anything lawful that fits the rules of the sites you visit. It may not be used for:

  • Anything illegal where you are, where we are, or where the device is.
  • Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, identity fraud and fake reviews.
  • Attacks: scanning, flooding, intrusion attempts, credential stuffing, spam.
  • Breaking the terms of any platform you reach through the line, including running accounts you are not entitled to run.
  • Content that exploits minors, or any attempt to reach it.

Ending a line, ending these terms

We may suspend or end a line that breaks the acceptable-use rules, and we may end an account that repeatedly does so. Where we end a line for a breach, time remaining is not refunded. Where we end a line for any other reason, the time remaining is refunded under the refund rule above.

These terms can change. The version date at the top is the one in force; we announce changes on the dashboard and keep the previous version available on request.

Questions

If my line stops working for an hour, do I get an hour back?

If the cause was on our side, yes: we add it to the end of the term. If the cause was carrier signal or a site blocking you, no.

Can I get a refund in cash rather than balance?

Yes. The balance credit is automatic; ask support and we pay it to your wallet within 24 hours minus transfer fees.

What counts as bulk transfer under fair use?

Using the line as a download pipe, a streaming relay, a torrent seat or a mirror. Ordinary browsing, accounts, checks and research are what the line is for and are never a problem.

What happens if I pay an invoice two days late?

At 48 hours unpaid the line and its remaining time are forfeited and the device is re-sold. Your payment then buys a new line rather than reviving the old one.
