Refund Policy

This version is dated October 10, 2026. A day pass costs $4, so most refund questions are small, and we would rather settle them in a sentence than make you read a contract. Ask by email at [email protected] or through @MobileProxyZoneBot on Telegram and a person will deal with it.

The rule in one line

You get back the part of the term you did not use. We count time, not traffic: a month cancelled after ten days returns the value of the remaining twenty, whether you moved a megabyte or a terabyte through the line in those ten days.

Where the money goes

The unused part is credited to your account balance straight away, where it pays for the next line you order. If you want it back in your own wallet instead, say so, and we send it within 24 hours by the method you paid with, or to a crypto wallet you name, minus whatever the payment network charges to move it. We do not keep a fee of our own.

The first 24 hours

A line cancelled within 24 hours of activation is refunded in full, no questions. This is the window for finding out that a city reads wrong for your job, that a carrier does not suit the platform, or that you ordered the wrong thing. Use it; that is what it is for. Before cancelling, remember that moving a line to another city is free and keeps your time, which is often the better fix.

Renewals you did not want

Daily, weekly and monthly lines renew from your balance until you switch renewal off. If a renewal goes through that you did not mean to allow, tell us within 24 hours and we credit the whole charge back. Past 24 hours, the renewal is treated as a normal term and the time-left rule applies.

Downtime on our side

If a device or a link we are responsible for is down, the lost time is added to the end of your term rather than refunded, unless you ask for a refund instead. Poor carrier signal, a carrier changing your address, a slow tower at a given hour, or a website refusing you are not downtime and are not refundable; the terms explain why we cannot promise those.

Fair-use actions

If we slow, pause or suspend a line for bulk transfer under the fair-use rule, that action is not downtime and does not by itself create a refund. If the line is suspended for a breach of the acceptable-use rules, the remaining time is not refunded.

The hourly test

The hourly test is sold in two-hour and one-hour blocks and never renews. Because it is short, we refund it only if the line did not work at all; a test that was used is a test that was used. If you keep the line all day, the hours you paid are counted toward the day pass, so the test is never money lost.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account address, or message @MobileProxyZoneBot, with the line and what you want: balance credit or a payout. Credits are immediate. Payouts go within 24 hours. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking us, the account goes on hold while the dispute runs, so please ask first.

Questions

I used a lot of traffic on day one and want to cancel. Does that change my refund?

No. Refunds are by time left, never by traffic used. Cancel within 24 hours of activation and the whole amount comes back.

How long does a wallet payout take?

Within 24 hours of your request, minus the transfer fee charged by the payment network. Balance credit is instant.

Can I get a refund for a line that was suspended for fair use?

A fair-use slow-down or pause is not downtime and is not refunded on its own. If the line was suspended for a breach of acceptable use, the remaining time is forfeited.

Is a moved line treated as a new line for refunds?

No. A move keeps the same term and the same remaining time. The 24-hour full-refund window counts from the original activation.
